The last 12 years I have worked commercially as a Fire Risk Assessor working on large individual premises and large projects involving multiple premises.

I have carried out BM Trada accredited fire door and fire compartmentation surveys at a number of high profile educational and scientific research establishments. I am a Graduate member of the Institution of Fire Engineers and registered with the Institute of Fire Safety Managers(Tier 2) & NAFRAR Register

I have carried out assessments in a variety of sectors, such as local authority housing, places of entertainment, retail, education, healthcare, hospitality, food production, manufacturing, and many sleeping risk properties. I can carry out shop fire risk assessments, hotel fire risk assessments, and fire risk assessments in HMO’s, purpose built and converted blocks of flats, amongst others.

As an independent fire safety assessor that does not sell any fire safety equipment, I will provide an accurate and independent report with recommendations that are reasonable, proportionate and consider cost vs benefit.
