Why do you need fire risk assessment?
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires a fire risk assessment to be carried out for all non-domestic and some types of domestic properties. It is the responsibility of the appointed ‘Responsible Person’ or ‘Duty Holder’ to ensure the assessment is suitable and sufficient. Where a business employs five or more persons, the significant findings of the fire risk assessment must be recorded.
How can I help you?
I can remove the stress of undertaking a fire safety risk assessment as I’m a consultant who is suitably experienced in multiple sectors. After working with you or your appointed manager, I will produce a report which includes a fire risk assessment record of significant findings, a clear and concise fire risk assessment action plan detailing recommended actions, and a full fire risk assessment of hazards in the building.
I ensure recommendations are appropriate to the premises and business circumstances to effectively reduce, minimise, or manage risks. My recommendations provide you with detailed guidance not bland statements which leave you confused to what action to take.
My fire risk assessment services and recommendations are developed to promote strong fire safety management, ensure the safety of employees and others who may be affected by a fire, and protection to the premises and its contents, when required.
